Get ready to sweat…This class requires lots of water before, during and after to stay properly hydrated and also to get the most benefit from it’s wonderful detoxifying affect on the body. This class combines heat(95+ degrees Fahrenheit) with a vigorous and strong vinyasa flow which allows you to ease into a rhythmic steady pace that picks up it’s pace as you start to warm up. As with all vinyasa (flowing together) the poses are linked by the breath,in a natural “flowing way”. some poses will be held for up to five breaths. Though there is always a modification for all asanas, this class is strong and brisk. Class is 75mins so be sure to bring a towel and, as always go at your own pace. Great total body toning and calorie burning class!

Imagine being transported to a beautiful waterfall in the middle of a lush green tropical rain forest where the only sounds you hear -are not the sounds of rush hour traffic or blaring radios, cell phones or fax machines-but in fact the sounds of nature, a soft rain, water spilling over rocks in a serene tide pool… all the while feeling weightless and totally at peace in your mind and body…this guided meditation class will help you to find your inner peace and take you to your very own blissful “happy place” all within a lunch hour! You will be guided by the soft soothing voice of your teacher, an experienced Reiki Master and receive the added healing benefits of Reiki energy. Just what we all need to get us mentally decompressed for the rest of the week! It will have you coming back for more.
HOT FLOW FRIDAY:
Bring that towel and drink plenty of that water! This Strong vinyasa power class is basically the same as the Hot Flow throughout the week with me though the duration of the class is for 60mins instead of 75 mins and has a great guided healing savasana to help you to transition into your end of week renewal/relaxation mode. TGIF! You’ve earned it!

Who wants a gorgeous behind and sexy fit legs? I do! You do too! And I know just what to do to get YOU a firmer, shapelier set of legs and a higher, rounder, firmer butt! Our gluts are one of our largest muscle groups, and they are one of the easiest muscles to train. You will have to work with me and break a sweat, you will feel that burn- but you will be so happy with your beautiful new self you will be coming back for more!! A mix of yoga, floor exercises and isometrics that is fit for all levels of skill, as always you go at your own pace. It’s a favorite!!

Most people don’t stretch properly after exerting their lower extremities or they tend to over do it. this class walks you through asanas (poses) that nourish your feet, leg, hip and back muscles while showing you how to sustain their optimal elasticity and strength. Open to all levels and ideal for the athletic sport enthusiast.
Six is the magic number in this class. Asanas (physical poses) are held for six solid breaths to allow your body to settle in, but not indulge in. Basic foundations and alignments are covered with concise verbal and physical adjustments from the instructor. Geared toward grounding your practice with a strong foundation and precise alignment, this class is great for all levels and ideal for beginners, seniors and anyone looking to slow down and improve the quality of their practice.

A slow vinyasa flow designed to refresh and recharge all sorts of yogis. Vitalizing tunes paired with activating asanas (poses) boosts your daily energy while quieting your noisy mind chatter. The beginning half of this class keeps you on your feet while the latter half grounds you in seated and supine positions to give you just enough pep with just the right amount of relaxation. Great for all levels, especially rookiesfor a little more flow or seasoned veterans in need of some downshifting.
Start your weekday rising along with the morning sunshine. Awaken your mind and energize your body with a strong, fluid opening practice that’s designed to pump you up but not wear you out. Aimed to fully invigorate your Chi and tone your physique, the asanas (poses) in this class are approached in a brisk pace, being held on an average of three full breaths, along with intentional transitions. Breaking a sweat while challenging your strength here is probable and encouraged. This class is considered a moderate level session, ideal for individuals in good physical shape or for those looking to build strength and increase flexibility.
This class allows you to ease into a rythmic moderate pace of movement thru various poses (asanas) linked by the breath, in a natural flowing way. As you transition through each one of the postures some of these poses will be held for three to ten breaths, which helps the body to find it’s grounding and naturally find balance through activating the muscle and deepening the breath. This can be a vigorous class. be sure to bring a towel and water. As always listen to your own body and go at your own pace.
BEGINNER’s HOT YOGA:
This is a much slower paced, hot Vinyasa Flow class that takes time to answer questions, demonstrate and teach you the poses and show you how to find your balance and get your grounding. As you progress with this class you will feel more confident and comfortable to step into the Power Flow classes and bring your Practice to a new level of workout. As always, listen to your body and go at your own pace. Drink lots of water before, during and after class.
RISE’ N’ SHINE:
Here comes the Sun….This class is a gentle wake up to start your day on the right foot! Begin with the breath and slowly finding your body’s rythym and flow. Towards the middle of your class,as your body starts to awaken, you start to transition to a more energetic flow of movements and asanas. As you move into the latter half of class you will begin to feel lighter, brighter and more grounded and ready to start your day! Enjoy.

This is a vigorous, fast pace class geared for the experienced yoga student or a beginner who is into fitness looking for a lunch time challenge! This is a “How To” class of the basics of Yoga. Each class is part of a series of classes spread over a six-week period to make you feel comfortable with doing yoga and to familiarize you with the basic poses (asanas), how to get in and out of each pose, how each pose flows into the next (vinyasa), basic breathing techniques (pranayama), some of the key Sanskrit terms used in yoga class, and touching on some of the history and philosophy of Yoga as well. This class is a great beginning to a brand new yoga practice or for all practicing yogis who may need a little refresher course.
